Warranty and Installation Requirements

In order to ensure warranty validity, installation must be performed by a qualified electrical wireman or Master Electrician who is registered with the Department of Labour. Furthermore, a valid Electrical Certificate of Compliance (COC) must be issued after installation has been completed. In addition, the installation must be fully compliant with SANS 10142 regulations and all applicable standards.

Moreover, installation photos, proof of qualified installation, and a valid COC must be provided when submitting any warranty claim. Otherwise, warranty claims may be rejected, and the warranty may be declared null and void.
