POWER-CO COMPANY Warranty & Order Cancellation Policy

At POWER-CO COMPANY, we are committed to providing high-quality solar and backup power solutions backed by trusted warranties. To maintain the validity of your warranty, all products must be installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with the terms outlined below.

Order Cancellation Policy

At POWER-CO COMPANY, we understand that plans may change. To ensure a transparent and customer-friendly experience, the following conditions apply to all order cancellations.

1. How to Request a Cancellation

If a customer wishes to cancel an order after payment has been made, a written cancellation request must be submitted via email to our sales team:

The cancellation email must include:

  • Full name and order number
  • Reason for cancellation
  • Banking details for refund processing (if applicable)

Important: Verbal or telephonic cancellations will not be accepted without an official written request.

2. Cancellation Time Frame

  • Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours from the time of purchase without penalty, provided the order has not yet been dispatched or processed.
  • If cancelled after 48 hours or once processing or distribution has begun, a 5% administrative & processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

3. Orders Already Shipped or Collected

  • Orders that have already been shipped, collected by a courier or customer, or are in transit cannot be cancelled.
  • These orders will fall under the Returns & Refunds Policy.
  • Customers will be responsible for all courier, return, and handling costs.

4. Special Orders / Custom Items

Custom-built systems, special-order items, or products ordered specifically at a customer’s request may be subject to a higher cancellation fee or may not be eligible for cancellation, depending on supplier terms.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds (after deduction of applicable fees) will be processed via EFT into the customer’s nominated bank account.
  • Refunds may take 7–10 working days to reflect, depending on bank processing times.

6. POWER-CO COMPANY Rights

POWER-CO COMPANY reserves the right to:

  • Refuse a cancellation request if the order is already packed, dispatched, or in transit.
  • Charge a reasonable fee for cancellations due to customer error or change of mind beyond the specified period.
  • Cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing discrepancies, suspected fraud, or unforeseen operational issues. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund with no penalties.
